I stumbled upon this quotation today. After reading it, I stopped for a moment to ponder this quote in relationship to our sales, business, and cold calling activities. When you have been in business as long as we have, many things become routine and repetitious; but we must continue to strive for excellence. Aristotle was certain that excellence is a process and habit – rather than an event or something is completed.
