In managing a telemarketing program, statistics are used to analyze historical data; but more importantly, statistics are used to determine the future direction with your cold calling program. Some statistics that are highly valuable include:
- Analysis of which markets are most likely to result in sales. Maybe certain industries, geographical regions, and specific sizes of companies resulted in the highest number of leads and the highest revenue potential.
- Analysis of which market had the poorest results based upon the same criteria.
